Presentation Format Each session will consist of 30-35 students, or one class, and will last for one class period (usually 50-55 minutes). The program will take the form of a third person "show-n-tell" presentation. Students will actually handle selected period items. During this time the period attired living historian will discuss all aspects of daily life from the 1800's. Areas of concentration include: Social Studies, Science, Etymology, Technology, and more. You help customize the program. Throughout the presentation, several special interest demonstrations are used to enhance the total learning experience. Each demonstration is pre-selected by the school staff.
